Orchard Friends School presents Shonda Schilling
Shonda Schilling, wife of three-time World Series pitcher Curt Schilling, tells an honest and poignant story about managing life as a baseball wife and mother of four who must move her family numerous times for her husband's work while grappling with an often long-distance marriage, her children’s attention deficit issues and her third child's diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder. Orchard Friends School is devoted to students with language-based learning differences including autism spectrum disorder, and at the core of the school's mission is its pledge to educate the community about these differences. This year OFS is proud to host Shonda Shilling as it honors this facet of its mission.
